We provide these resources in a curated, safe, and direct download format to ensure a seamless user experience, free from intrusive advertisements or malicious redirects often found on third-party sites.

නිබන්ධන (Tutes)
ICTwithPrabhath සන්නාමය යටතේ මා විසින් නිර්මාණය කරන ලද සියලුම නිබන්ධන (Tutes) වල පූර්ණ බුද්ධිමය දේපළ අයිතිය මා සතු වේ. අවසරයකින් තොරව ඒවා පිටපත් කිරීම, බෙදා හැරීම හෝ වෙනස් කිරීම සපුරා තහනම්ය.
2. Data & Analytics (දත්ත සහ විශ්ලේෂණ)
On the public website we use Google Analytics with default settings solely to measure website performance and improve user experience.
- No personal user data collected.
- No email addresses stored.
- No login information requested.
Analytics is not loaded inside the Student LMS. Section 3 explains what the LMS stores.
වෙබ් අඩවියේ කාර්ය සාධනය මැනීමට සහ පරිශීලක අත්දැකීම වැඩි දියුණු කිරීම සඳහා පමණක් අපි Google Analytics භාවිතා කරමු.
- අපි කිසිදු පුද්ගලික දත්තයක් රැස් නොකරමු.
- විද්‍යුත් තැපැල් ලිපිනයක් (Emails) ගබඩා නොකරමු.
- පිවිසුම් තොරතුරු (Login info) ඉල්ලා නොසිටින්නෙමු.
ශිෂ්‍ය LMS තුළ Google Analytics භාවිතා නොකරමු. LMS ගබඩා කරන දත්ත 3 වන කොටසේ දැක්වේ.
3. Student LMS (ශිෂ්‍ය LMS)
This part applies only to students enrolled in our physical classes who have been given an LMS account. Accounts are created by the teacher, never by sign-up, and only with a parent's consent.
What we store
- The student's name with initials, preferred name, birthday and current grade.
- The parent's email address, which is also the login, plus the parent's contact number and an emergency contact number.
- Work the student submits: one photo per task, and the grade and written feedback given for it.
- Quiz answers and scores, and progress through the Blockly Maze game.
- A profile picture, only if the student chooses to add one.
Why we store it
To set work, mark it, give feedback, and let a parent be reached quickly if something happens during class. Nothing is used for advertising, and nothing is sold or shared with anyone outside the class.
How long we keep it
- Photos of submitted work are deleted 14 days after they are marked. The grade and feedback are kept so the student can look back on their progress.
- When a student leaves, their account is deleted along with everything in it: profile, submissions, photos, grades, quiz attempts and game progress.
- Parents may ask for their child's data to be corrected or deleted at any time, through the contact details below.
Where it is stored
In Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore), on Google's servers. Access is limited to the student themselves and to the teacher.

- ශිෂ්‍යයාගේ නම, කැඳවන නම, උපන් දිනය සහ වර්තමාන ශ්‍රේණිය.
- දෙමාපියන්ගේ විද්‍යුත් තැපැල් ලිපිනය (එයම පිවිසුම වේ), දුරකථන අංකය සහ හදිසි සම්බන්ධතා අංකය.
- ශිෂ්‍යයා ඉදිරිපත් කරන ක්‍රියාකාරකම් ඡායාරූප සහ ඒවාට ලබා දෙන ලකුණු හා ප්‍රතිපෝෂණ.
- ප්‍රශ්නාවලි පිළිතුරු, ලකුණු සහ Blockly Maze ක්‍රීඩාවේ ප්‍රගතිය.
- ශිෂ්‍යයා තෝරා ගන්නේ නම් පමණක්, ඔහුගේ/ඇයගේ පැතිකඩ පින්තූරය.
ගබඩා කරන කාලය
- ලකුණු ලබා දී දින 14කට පසු ඉදිරිපත් කළ ඡායාරූප මකා දමනු ලැබේ. ලකුණු සහ ප්‍රතිපෝෂණ ඉතිරි වේ.
- ශිෂ්‍යයෙකු පන්තියෙන් ඉවත් වූ විට, ඔහුගේ/ඇයගේ සියලු දත්ත මකා දමනු ලැබේ.
- ඕනෑම අවස්ථාවක දරුවාගේ දත්ත නිවැරදි කිරීමට හෝ මකා දැමීමට දෙමාපියන්ට ඉල්ලිය හැකිය.
